Happy Monday! Every now and then, I will have a progress report and today is one of those days.
I weigh myself every day. My ‘actual weigh in day’ on Weight Watchers is Monday. Last week when I started I was 267 pounds (not something I talk about a lot but I don’t really think anyone is running around saying ‘Wow, that Keith Whittier sure looks thin!’
So yes, 267 was my starting point. I weighed myself this morning and I am 259.6 lbs! I’ll take that. Truth be told I think the first two weeks will see a bit of weight loss before I go to the usually 1-2 pounds per week.
I did have a cheat meal yesterday. KFC. I can’t say that I was craving it but I felt I had to have some sort of cheat meal so it won by default. I also had a Dairy Milk chocolate almond bar.
I have a long way to go but this is a nice first week. Week by week and I’ll get there.
But the best news is when I get on the scale I am seeing a 25….and not a 26!
